Minimum number

I wonder if it would be helpful to have a minimum number of words in my small and simple posts and whether a maximum number would also be helpful. I don't want to write novellas, but I also want it to be worth your while to stop in and join me. Hmmm....any anti-trolls out there have any ideas?
